To every machine that I service or maintain, I bring over 25 years of knowledge and experience.
I began my career with Bell+Howell in 1985, rebuilding inserting equipment, and from there moved into field service, working on a wide range of extracting, folding, and inserting machinery. I've also worked as an in-house technician for a large mailer in Portland, Oregon, where I maintained and repaired numerous mailing apparatus.
In 1996, I started Burgess-Philips, my own mailing equipment services firm. We provide top-notch maintenance and repair of mailing equipment manufactured by all the major brands. Our goal is to provide support our clients with an old-school approach to business that focuses on timeliness and service quality.
